This build really makes RegMerge (http://bitsum.com/regmerge.php) into a more functional utility by adding shell extension support (association with .REG files), an installer/uninstaller, and accepting .REG files on the command line.
There are a couple bugs here and to weed out I'm sure, and it can be further improved, but it is coming along nicely a good freeware utility.
