hows the settings? I need it for gaming

I advise to uncheck the last two items, "Lower I/O Priority" and "Disable Core Parking". Otherwise, I think it is fine.

is there any change that i can do that might improve the performance?

You could increase "Total system-wide CPU usage when adjustments should begin" from 70% → 80%, so ProBalance intervenes only under heavier load. Hm, optionally, reduce "Time allowed over CPU quota" from 2700ms → 1500–2000ms to react faster to spikes during gaming.

Honestly, I'd keep the settings pretty much as they are and avoid tweaking too much. You can try setting the CPU usage threshold to 80% and see how it feels in your games, but don't expect a noticeable FPS boost just from changing these options. With an i5-14600KF, I'd focus more on keeping background processes under control and making sure your system runs smoothly. If everything is already running well, there's no real need to change anything else.
