9950x3d with Process Lasso

When Lasso is installed, by default, under CPU affinity, I see all cores being selected from both CCDs, but also "None".

Does that mean Lasso will assign all processes to all cores by default, or it wont at all?

"None" means that no affinity rule is set, so core assignment is left to the default behavior of the process and/or system. That default behavior is normally for all CPU cores to be available to the process.
