Performance issue

I installed process lasso after seeing it recommended on reddit, but after installing it and even after uninstalling it seems performance in games is much worse. I used to get around 140fps in destiny 2 but now I'm getting 50-80fps, and in warfork (a very lightweight arena shooter) I get around 400-500 fps when I used to get nearly 1000. If anyone knows a way to get it back to how it was please tell me

Try reinstalling the AMD chipset driver and switching Windows to High Performance mode to eliminate any power and CPU threading errors left behind by Process Lasso.

No changes persist after uninstalling Process Lasso and restarting the system, so I think the cause is something else. Pay particular attention to what power plan you are in, as that could have changed. Let me know how it goes!
