Proces Lasso Boost & Efficiency

1st when I right click a game.exe I have an option for Boost. What is it?

2nd I use Bitsum Highest Performance mode always. When I check Park Control my Short Thread & Long Thread is using Prefer Performant Cores. So does turning on Efficiency Mode make any difference?

The "Boost" submenu is Dynamic Thread Priority Boosting, a native feature of Windows. It defaults to ON, even without Process Lasso present, and normally should remain ON. However, some users disable it for select background processes. For the moment, this option is exposed there and also in the CPU Priority submenu, though it can only be disabled in the latter.

Regarding your second question, you should still manage Efficiency Mode rules on any processes that you have reason to be concerned about. Even with "Prefer Performant Cores" there will still be threads scheduled to the E-cores.
