Using pro balance for my programs is fine, when I exclude probalance from no programs certain ones still exclude themselves which is obviously for a reason so I leave it alone.

It is probably unnecessary due to the other exclusions (e.g. don't act on foreground processes), but you can exclude it if you want.

Most will be due to the services exclusion. You can tweak the settings via menu item 'Options / CPU / ProBalance / Advanced Options', but I recommend leaving them alone.
