Suggestion - Whitelist for foreground boost instead of blacklist

Instead of blacklisting apps from the foreground boost option, make it be a whitelist.

This is useful for people like me that want that feature, but just for a handful of apps instead of various, aside from certain specific apps. This gives much more power to select which app should get a boost when in foreground.

Hopefully, this isn't difficult to implement :D
