[Request] Perform action upon entering/exiting gaming mode

Very niche request,

For me It would be great if PL could kill a process when entering gaming mode and then launch a process when returning to normal.

This would belong in the advanced watchdog rules. I've been needing to expand them, and as I do, this will be something that is possible. Thanks for the suggestion!
