Lost account & failed product activation

Hi, back in 2012 I purchased process lasso pro.
The product activation fails every time I try and also the support account seems to be completely gone (can't log in and can't get password recovery to the email).
I would like to fix it since I'm really excited about the "Game optimizer" utility.
So what to do next  ???

You should email directly to Jeremy, as email is much easier for talking about information that is sensitive.
You can get the email from this Profile, I will not post the email at here, as there are many bot like to collect email and sending many Spam email. :)
