CMD Prompt window flashes

I have had this problem for some time now. After I reboot, It's been that the CMD prompt window flashes for the first 5 minutes or so. But now its flashing longer and longer.

Any ideas why?

I found a fix to the problem... I right clicked on the Process Lasso start menu icon and selected Properties > Compatibility > and selected 'Run as Administrator' and this did the trick. No more CMD prompt flash.

I need to look into what is causing this.. I have a guess (simple PE subsystem setting wrong by a facilitating app), and will look into it. Thanks for the report. The strange thing is why 'Run as admnistrator' changes this behavior.. hmm..
