How to stop exe process when I/O data is 0 k more then 2 seconds?that's the only landmark I have or CPU avg lower then 0,50 % or how to TERMINATE A PROCESS when i receive a specific error.e.g.:: error#1

Can you give example of what your problem is and what your trying to do?

Sounds like you want to use watchdog rules, but there generally used when a process exceeds certain values (CPU%, Memory%, I/O etc).

So its hard to say what problem your running into.

Here process works great, this is good: https://youtu.be/tlWPFNoKyKY
Here process not ok,i mean my exe process it does not work the way I wanted, that's why i want to terminate the process right away so you had to look for the difference between these two processes to know when to terminate de process and the only big difference I see is this:''I/O Delta is always 0'' so i need some rules, here video: https://youtu.be/bG0vGUzLcrU

Ok, I don't see anything bad happening there, what problem is that process causing?

Looking at vids and what can be done now, only thing that might work is this below
Watchdog settings

1) process name mskscss.exe
2) for virtual memory
3) Less than =2mb
4) memory type= working set
5) time= for 10sec (alter if needed).
6) for =terminate the process

That might work

Edit: you could also try less than x CPU% for step 2 if you want to terminate when its not doing anything.

ok i will try it ,thank you.
And this one? this is the last: https://youtu.be/K6eYpV7PNvI
You know Alwaysup scheduler? https://www.coretechnologies.com/products/AlwaysUp/
I use this amazing tool to run as system 24/7 in backround i load: ProcessLassoLauncher.exe so when pc is restarted processlasso wil also restart and run in backround as system, i can see them run in processes,i made a test but dones't work,i don't know why,i must load processlassolaouncher right?Works perfect when i let icon in tray.I want to run process lasso in backround even if my user is logged off
THANK YOU

I don't know on that, never used it, but default target path for PL is ""C:\Program Files\Process Lasso\ProcessLassoLauncher.exe" /showwindow /nodelay"

Taken from PL shortcut properties.

Is there a way to TERMINATE PROCESS when ram memory freezes ?the values do not go up and down anymore, but they remain frozen

edkiefer

no, there not a trigger for static state, you can only do less than or more than triggers right now.

Is the problem the process does some work in X time when first started and then after a period of time you want it closed?

its about something else, maybe process lasso can't do the job

I think there may be confusion here. Let m look. EDIT: Ed seemed to guide you right, to the only part of the current product that could help in this unique situation.

Process Lasso *could* restart that process periodically, or when the high I/O is occurring (Watchdog rules). Would that suffice?

Though do remember that the high I/O is both important and may not be disk or network I/O, it could be inter-process (I have not reviewed this whole thread).

As for other requests, such as termination on a specific error, you will find the current Watchdog limited in some respects (though robust in others, allowing an external script to be run, for instance). However, we have work under development that will dramatically improve the features found in the Watchdog. It is something I've planned for a long time, so am excited to release! ETA is < 30 days to beta. This is the first public announcement of it, but I've been working with my 'other developer' to get there, and we nearly are.

really could do that? high I/O ?im also interested about I/O  0 k value for 5 sec.
I tried to run process lasso launcher x 64 with AlwaysUP i set watchdog rules and i run in background i saw processlasso running well but watchdog rules NO EFFECT,they have affect only when i run icon to tray
