Bitsum Power Plan can not be installed

I have an Desktop PC. MSI MPG B550, Ryzen 5800X3D and want to install the Bitsum Power Plan. A message appear that is blocked.

I installed a custom Power Plan but still not working.

Did you restart Process Lasso after creating the custom power plan?

Yes. I removed it, reboot, reinstall.

Ok i found a  solution. I reset the Powerscheme cmd as an Administator "powercfg -restoredefaultschemes" and make it again. Now it is working.
