Sub-release release notes?

Hi!
  Thanks for another release of this incredibly useful and powerful tool!

However, I have a question:

The release notes don't indicate what's changed in sub-version releases, and I can't know how relevant they are to me.

  Where can I find what has changed? I know about 3.70.0, but not 3.70.1...

The minor version changes are listed at the end of the major version change log. Simply find the v3.70 revisions, then scroll down to find 'Post-release updates:'. Here is a direct link: http://bitsum.com/changelog/pl/changes.htm#3701 .
